Senior System/Data Architect for eDiscovery Applications

Micro Systems Automation Group (MSAG) is looking for a Senior System/Data Architect for eDiscovery Applications.

  • Provide data and application support for federal agency eDiscovery systems (Relativity, Concordance) and serve as primary contact for all inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving user reported issues; provide frequent and clear communication to users, and partners with other support teams to ensure expedient response time.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Support modelling projects, focused on collecting and cleaning data to build reports and dashboards.
  • Create and generate templates, views, and queries by using SQL programming and database concepts.
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Maintain database updates and data.
  • Provide data analytics to support organizational decision making and information analysis.
  • Provide support in application integration, data migration, and synchronization.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent IT work experience.
  • Eight years of progressively responsible IT experience, which includes application support and database development.
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise application support and customer service.
  • Experience in application configuration.
  • Hands on experience of database design and proficient in SQL.
  • Experience supporting database administration tasks.
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing architectures.
  • Ability to work independently to analyze data and processes (business and IT).
  • Experience in data visualization software/applications (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, determine appropriate actions and complete tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly. Familiarity with IT tools (i.e., IT ServiceDesk, JIRA Software, JIRA Confluence, etc.)
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (i.e., Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Experience in eDiscovery platforms, such as Relativity, Concordance, Logikull, LexisNexis, Veritas Enterprise Vault, Forensic Toolkit (FTK), Zylab, Driven One, EnCase eDiscovery Suite, Content Collector, CaseMap.
