Location: Chantilly, VA
Execute high volume lifecycle recruitment for technical IT and professional/managerial candidates
Source, qualify and submit candidates for review by Account/Program Management staff
Utilize ATS daily to track, monitor, update and report on all recruiting efforts.
Constantly feed pipelines of candidates for future open requirements
Attend weekly recruiting meetings and provide status reports to management on recruiting activity
Utilize personal networks and Social Networking to attract qualified passive candidates
Verify clearances with company FSO
Manage the interview process from submittal through to close
Provide resume sourcing for proposal efforts
Minimum of 3-5 years in lifecycle technical recruiting
Must have a “hunter mentality" to constantly keep your pipeline full of A1 candidates
Must have background recruiting cleared candidates
Must be goal oriented and excel when challenged
Candidate must possess excellent time management and communication skills
Must possess strong sourcing/networking skills with the ability to find candidates NOT on the job boards
Bachelor's Degree is preferred - Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Prefer those with a staffing agency recruiting background
