CM Program Analyst
The incumbent is responsible for providing project execution support to the Senior Construction Executives (SCEs) and Construction Executives (CEs) within the Regional Branches of the Construction Operations Division within Construction Management. He/she maintains a high level of engagement to ensure timely response to internal OBO memoranda; tracking and following up on a variety of inquiries ranging from general to complex. Provides administrative support to CFSM staff of over 80 personnel for a wide range of day to day activities, including reception support of visitors, preparation of eCC country clearances, preparation of travel authorization and vouchers, supporting the Division with drafting and responding to correspondence, scheduling meetings both internally and externally, IT support calls, office machinery, such as copiers, scanners and faxes. Provides transitional support for the SCEs, CEs and OBO CM Personal Services Contractors during assignment rotation.
A Bachelor degree or 7 years experience is required. Demonstrated office and administrative managerial experience and thorough understanding of a structured professional office environment. Comprehension of, or ability to acquire, very basic or general aspects of engineering and construction. He/she must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. The incumbent must possess a strong working knowledge of MS Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and be able to adapt quickly and learn internet type based internal programs.
Place of assignment
Primary place of assignment in Rosslyn, VA. No TDY travel is associated with this position.
