Introduction
The OFPS Project Analyst position is based in the Office of Financial and Programmatic Sustainability.  The OFPS Project Analyst would support the Deputy Coordinator for Financial and Programmatic Sustainability ensuring the vision and associated deliverables for the Office.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the goals and objectives of the OFPS by: 
• Serving as OFPS focal point for assigned analysis duties related to key mandates of the office including costing, Sustainability Index and Dashboard (SID), Table 6, and health  and finance systems, including Human Resources for Health;  
• Providing technical assistance, strategic support, and capacity building to PEPFAR country teams in support of the development of the SID implementation, Table 6 and other sustainability related products;
• Participation in planning sessions related to sustainability; 
• Engagement in country specific technical assistance for strengthening sustainability within PEPFAR related to the SID, Table 6 or other sustainability related elements; 
• Drafting technical guidance to PEPFAR country teams related to OFPS deliverables; 
• Representing OFPS within the existing inter-agency Sustainability Technical Working Group;
• Engagement in reviewing and analyzing sustainability mandate within  PEPFAR policies, technical considerations, COP guidance, and APR standardized reporting;  
• Support for monitoring elements of sustainability within POART processes; 
• Participation in regularly scheduled COP technical and program reviews; 
• Engagement as needed with the Interagency Collaborative for Program Improvement (ICPI); 
• Attend/support relevant external or internal meetings and conferences as appropriate;
• General administration and strategic support to OFPS Deputy Coordinator for the successful implementation of OFPS  strategies; 
• Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in Public Policy, Government relations, Public Health, Economics or related degrees.
• Experience in policy analysis
• Strategic and critical thinker
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong writing skills
• Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office Suite of Word, Excel and Power Point
• Proactive communicator
• Ability to manage competing priorities
