The Communications Lead shall provide technical services for coordinating accurate and effective communications with Agency leadership, Data Governance Council members, constituents, business owners, system owners, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Duties include:
Perform stakeholder management, including maintaining a stakeholder register and ensuring stakeholders receive timely pertinent communications.
Provide logistics support, outreach, meeting facilitation, and meeting follow-up for Data Governance Council meetings, workshops, work groups, and other data management meetings as necessary.
Develop and iteratively improve communication products in support of Enterprise Data Analytic and Management Improvement activities (EDAMI). These include white papers, slide decks, and other graphical products such as images and illustrations to simplify complex ideas, or make quantitative and qualitative information easily understood by a range of audiences.
Contractor shall attend internal and external coordination sessions to observe, analyze information shared for data management implications, report observations and analysis, and make recommendations.
Develop communication products to assist stakeholders in adhering to applicable law, regulation, policy, and data management best practices. These products may include checklists, implementation guides, business process models (e.g. BPM 2.0), briefing decks or other materials packaged as a set to increase understanding and simplify the work required to comply.
Provide communication products, and develop responses to stakeholder questions related to adoption and implementation of standards.
