L/CSL analyst personnel whose background demonstrates experience analyzing base operations requirements or industry equivalent.
The analyst will use existing automated and manual data collection systems to collect information regarding CL and CSLs which fall within the CREURAFSWA footprint. The candidate will coordinate with Region and Installation Program Directors, N-Codes, and Special Assistants in order to identify and collect data necessary to support CL and CSL analysis projects.
Data will be analyzed to determine available base capacity for all non-tenant commands requesting base support for short-term operations. The analyst will analyze second and third order program effects and provide risk assessments and recommendations to base leadership and Region N5, approximately 10-15 requests per year.
The analyst will organize the information collected, aggregate, synthesize, and provide final products for incorporation into Standard Operating Procedures, Instructions, White Papers, Strategic Business Plans, or other similarly entitled products.
Analysis projects will be project based. The analyst will coordinate with the COR to prioritize assigned analysis projects.  Deliverables, such as final reports or presentations, shall be identified at the project level.  The analyst will coordinate with the COR to mutually agreed upon Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAM) for each project, but no later than five days after project assignment, the analyst will submit POAM to the COR.  Final deliverables may vary depending on lead times and intended audience; they may be PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, or analytical white papers in Microsoft Word format.
The analyst will attend Region and Installation leadership meetings which may include weekly department head meetings, CO update meetings, Base Operation Support (BOS) planning meetings, and weekly Region N5/N8 teleconferences, as well as participate in strategy and future planning meetings to support host nation engagement activities.
