N3 Operations Analysts Mid

Location: Naples, Italy
At least five years of experience understanding Navy/DOD organization, Navy DOD mission, policy and objectives in support of Navy Installation base operations and support; management principles and processes; and demonstrate the ability to analyze information and make recommendations under rapidly changing conditions, as well as the ability to articulate complex issues and resolutions both verbally and in writing.
Analyst support for airfield operations section shall possess at least five years of experience analyzing airfield operations issues.
The analyst will plan, coordinate, and execute data collection through analytical dissemination and trend analysis to ensure effective integration of information amongst various DoD Commands, Region EURAFSWA program offices, Federal Agencies, and host nation representatives. Further, the analyst is expected to take such product and succulently disseminate through briefings, technical reports and oral presentations to inform EURAFSWA leadership.
The analyst will develop and conduct readiness assessments which evaluate multiple forms of data, results, systems and process in multiple forms. These readiness assessments will evaluate current and future operational effectiveness and demonstrate deficient areas for mitigation. These findings will include specific trends and recommendations to improve mission effectiveness and inform CNREURAFSWA leadership.
The analyst will analyze data provided through working groups, planning meetings, conferences, and other information sources defining solutions to problems and issues related to capacity to inform Region leadership.
Analysis projects will be project based. The analyst will coordinate with the COR to prioritize assigned analysis projects. Deliverables, such as final reports or presentations, shall be identified at the project level. The analyst will coordinate with the COR to mutually agreed upon POAM for each project but no later than five days after project assignment, the analyst will submit POAM to the COR. Final deliverables may vary depending on lead times and intended audience; they may be PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, or analytical white papers in Microsoft Word format. Analytical projects may be in support of multiple programs.
The analyst will create products that takes information from multiple sources and produce products that require data entry, narrative description, statistical, and trends analysis to inform CNREURAFSWA leadership.
The analyst will attend all relevant planning meetings, conferences, exercises, inspections, and assessments, and provide analysis in support of the outcomes sought.
